Three published Pulse political analyses, the released federal parliamentary collection, dated state and local pilot records, and selected linked media. Other knowledge-base pages and social posts are not yet indexed. Updates are release-based, not live.

The parliamentary collection was checked on 9 September 2026: 150 House members, 76 senators and selected former members. The date is retained when these records are reused. Official source links allow you to check for later changes. Electorate links preserve their 2025 boundary edition.

State and council coverage: 462 state or territory members and 62 local representatives in three NSW pilots and Brisbane, each with its own source date. WA and South Australia have incomplete membership imports. Queensland uses a dated 2 June 2026 publication, checked 2 October. Nine licensed state constituency layers and three council outlines are mapped in the Atlas. Brisbane also has 26 licensed ward polygons. The other council electoral wards and full election layers are not imported. Open Atlas coverage.

Selected media profiles were checked on 30 September. Published Pulse coverage keeps its original checking date. A search returning no result means “not in this index”, not “does not exist”.

A relationship is a claim

“Represents”, “works at”, “published by”, “authored” and “mentioned in” mean different things. A byline alone does not establish an employment contract. A quote does not establish agreement. Independent is a parliamentary affiliation, not a single party.

Observations and start/end dates are separate. Service gaps and historical party changes remain in the linked parliamentary records; this first directory does not claim to reconstruct every historical relationship.

What Pulse thinks — and why

Signed assessments link to the exact published piece, its reasoning and its sources. We do not infer an organisation-wide bias score from a few selected stories. An apparent factual error, an opinion, a prediction and a contested interpretation need different tests.

A proposed correction should preserve the original claim, date, evidence and later revision. “Disinformation” also involves intent: falsity alone does not establish deliberate deception.

When social sources are connected

Not connected: no accounts, posts or live monitoring have been added here.

  1. Identify the accountVerify who controls it; keep platform ID and profile URL.
  2. Capture the contextRecord the original post, publication and observation dates, thread and edit status.
  3. Review the claimSeparate opinion, prediction and checkable propositions. Link supporting and conflicting evidence.
  4. Publish a scoped findingShow the method, limits, corrections and the exact material assessed.

A collection of social posts is not a representative opinion poll. Engagement counts are observations at a time, not votes from the Australian population.

Corrections and maintenance

This is a versioned, release-based index. New published articles enter through the same manifest and validation process; private drafts and held assessments are excluded. No unattended refresh or social administration is active.
